Deine Aufgaben

Als Consultant (m/w/d) bei DataSpark GmbH begleitest du unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Anwendungsfällen durch den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz und Machine Learning. Du trägst die Mitverantwortung für mehrere Projektphasen und kannst dein Wissen im Rahmen von internen Prozessen einsetzen und stetig erweitern.

Projekte
  • Durchführung von Beratungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten in unseren Kernbereichen Advanced Analytics, Intelligent Automation und Smart Apps
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und darauf aufbauende Konzeption von Lösungen
  • Entwicklung, Test und Integration von Machine Learning Modellen
  • Durchführung von Datenexploration, Datenaufbereitung und Datenvisualisierung
  • Entwicklung automatisierter Workflows über verschiedene Schnittstellen und Systeme
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Ergebnispräsentationen
Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung im Vertriebsprozess durch Vorbereitung von Vorstellungsterminen und Begleitung von Use Case Workshops
Themenentwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei der internen Entwicklung von Use Cases, Showcases und weiteren fachlichen und technischen Themen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zusammen mit erfahrenen Manager und Senior Manager
Was wir von Dir erwarten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich, in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Als Consultant (m/w/d) bringst Du erste praktische Erfahrung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Analytics, Data Science, RPA oder im KI-Umfeld mit. Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) weist Du mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungs-/Dienstleistungsbranche in den genannten Themenbereichen auf
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken, SQL, Kenntnisse in Python sowie ein großes Interesse für künstliche Intelligenz
  • Idealerweise Anwendungserfahrung mit Analytics-Tools, wie z.B. Tableau, Power-BI, Qlik sowie mit Automation-Tools (RPA / Robotic Process Automation, Workflow Management), wie z.B. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, blueprism, Camunda
  • Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Projektmanagementansätzen, wie z.B. PRINCE, Agile, Scrum wünschenswert
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie klare, strukturierte und adressaten-gerechte Kommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Sachverhalte und Zusammenhänge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
