Electronics Maintenance Technician

Perfection on the Production Line
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Maintenance Technician (w/m/x) to join our team at the BMW Group Werk Berlin. As a key member of our Instandhaltung team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our production equipment in the Lackiererei and Fahrwerk departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with BMW Group standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in Electronics for Industrial Automation or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens SPS, Beckhoff SPS, and other industrial control systems.
- Experience with robotics and automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
