Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at our customer sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our customers' automated warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated warehouse systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
  • Relevant technical education or experience in electrical and mechatronic engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
