About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Benchmarking and maintaining the time management system (Atoss) and HRIS (Workday)
  • Supporting the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Preparing evaluations and key performance indicators, as well as designing presentations
  • Processing monthly payroll (eGecko)
  • Providing guidance to employees on personnel-related matters
  • Supporting specific HR projects for various departments
  • Supporting the recruitment process and candidate management
  • Supporting the leadership in global HR team management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid commercial education, possibly supplemented by specialized further education
  • Previous experience in personnel work in a manufacturing company with a corporate structure
  • A pragmatic approach with a strong service-oriented understanding, structuring tasks and maintaining composure even in turbulent phases
  • A willingness to engage in trusting and loyal collaboration, strong communication skills, and a willingness to actively contribute your ideas to the team
  • Secure English skills in writing and speaking, and ideally experience with international collaboration
