Your RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Expert to join our team and play a critical role in this transformation. As a Business Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Managing regional/segment-specific business requirements towards the global SAP S/4HANA system
- Providing guidance and steering junior business experts in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and testing
- Developing process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes and driving adaptation towards FIT4 goals
- Designing and owning test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests, and supporting the definition and conduction of functional test cases
- Actively contributing to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region
- Assisting with the creation of training material and end-user training under the coordination of the training lead
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business
- In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process
- Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modeling
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills
- Ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
- Business fluency in English
- Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
