Job Title: Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. in Fürth. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing the sales floor, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
