Position Summary
- Oversee and manage both domestic and international logistics operations
- Guarantee punctual deliveries to various project sites across the country
- Track delivery timelines and organize schedules effectively
- Adhere to applicable safety regulations
- Examine invoices and related documentation
- Prepare all essential transportation paperwork autonomously
- Serve as a liaison for vendors and clients
- Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards and safety protocols
- Handle and document claims related to transport damages
- Coordinate supply chain activities while considering import, export, and customs guidelines
- Enhance and refine the supply chain management processes
- Engage in route analysis through bidding, contracting, and oversight
- Report directly to the management of the department
Requirements
- Completed education as a logistics specialist or equivalent, with preference for qualifications in transport management
- Extensive experience in heavy transport and project logistics via maritime and land routes is preferred
- Demonstrated reliability, resilience, teamwork, and adaptability
- Results-driven work ethic, assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
- High awareness of quality standards
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Skilled in MS Office applications
