About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at ADECCO. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the assembly and maintenance of industrial equipment, ensuring seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install fixtures and machines, adhering to strict quality standards
• Monitor and control machining processes, performing regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Load and unload materials on production machines, adjusting controls to optimize performance
• Document technical information and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator or industrial mechanic, or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues
• Proficiency in German language, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
