About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our Smart Cloud Incubator Team at Comsysto Reply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using Java 11/Java 17 and other JVM languages, as well as modern open-source frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, Postgres, AWS Aurora, MongoDB, and AWS DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Startup, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, pair programming, and mob programming to ensure high-quality code and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and experience with JVM languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL and NoSQL data modeling.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Startup.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages.
