Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Kinderpfleger/ Erzieher to join our team at our Fröbel Kindergarten in Emmendingen. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, while supporting the development of our kindergarten's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 1-6 years
• Develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs that promote children's learning and development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of kindergarten policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with children aged 1-6 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
