Pedagogical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Landesverband Hessen e.V. as a Stellvertretende Leitung und Pädagogische Fachkraft.

• Leadership and Support: Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the manager, ensuring seamless operations and supporting team members.
• Quota Monitoring and Clearing: Monitor and manage quotas, coordinating clearings and new admissions of clients to optimize organizational efficiency.
• Conceptual Development: Contribute to the conceptual development of the organization, driving innovation and growth.
• Autism Support and Development: Plan and implement support programs for individuals on the autism spectrum, working closely with parents and collaborating with various institutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights.

Qualified candidates should possess a degree in Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a similar field. Experience in child and youth psychiatry is preferred. Other requirements include:
