• Develop and implement the warehouse setup and execute day-to-day activities as the Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
• Facilitate and implement the facility setup, including security, part storage, internet, and procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Conduct daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and receiving, and customer service.
• Manage and complete logistics for transporting products to European customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with local regulations.

• Logistics master/foreman with IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
• Fluency in German and English (read, write, and speak).
• Experience inputting data and working within an inventory software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience in German employee regulations.

Up to 10% travel – local and international. Ability to work in an office and warehouse environment.
