Position Overview:
The Innovation Coordinator will hold the primary responsibility for overseeing the comprehensive idea management framework across the organization.
- Facilitate the generation, assessment, and implementation of innovative ideas throughout the company.
- Continuously enhance and refine the idea management framework to ensure its effectiveness.
- Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
- Plan and implement regular initiatives and competitions to stimulate idea generation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the rewards system associated with idea contributions.
- Provide reports on key performance indicators related to idea management.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize and develop software solutions, ensuring the system is well-maintained and tailored to organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, Process Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in idea and innovation management.
- Proficient in process analysis and visualization techniques.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- A systematic, independent, and goal-driven approach to work.
- Familiarity with SAP R3/Portal is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
