Position Overview:

The Innovation Coordinator will hold the primary responsibility for overseeing the comprehensive idea management framework across the organization.

  • Facilitate the generation, assessment, and implementation of innovative ideas throughout the company.
  • Continuously enhance and refine the idea management framework to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Plan and implement regular initiatives and competitions to stimulate idea generation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the rewards system associated with idea contributions.
  • Provide reports on key performance indicators related to idea management.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize and develop software solutions, ensuring the system is well-maintained and tailored to organizational needs.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, Process Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in idea and innovation management.
  • Proficient in process analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • A systematic, independent, and goal-driven approach to work.
  • Familiarity with SAP R3/Portal is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
