Wir suchen: Verantwortungsbewusste IT-Spezialistinnen, die die Bundeswehr-IT in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsprojekten weiterentwickeln und somit zur Sicherheit Deutschlands beitragen möchten.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung vielfältiger administrativer HR-Aufgaben
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranträgen, wie z.B. unbezahltem Urlaub, Arbeitszeitänderungen und Elternzeit
  • Erstellung von Serienbriefen
  • Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung von Eintritten und Austritten von Auszubildenden und Mitarbeitern
  • Bearbeitung von Betriebsratsbeteiligungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Gremien
  • Aktenablage und Überwachung von Fristen
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben innerhalb des HR-Bereichs

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung, idealerweise ein Studium im Personalbereich
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in MS Access, SAP HR und MS SharePoint sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge für Details sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationstalente
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem virtuellen Team über verschiedene Standorte hinweg
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
