Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive product training sessions for EPLAN Electric P8 in person or online, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Develop practical design examples for training purposes, showcasing the capabilities of EPLAN Electric P8.
  • Collaborate with the training team to design and implement training concepts for EPLAN Electric P8 products, driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the expansion of training offerings for EPLAN Cloud products, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the EPLAN Trainer Team to prepare training materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with various departments, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Profile

  • Hold a technical degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in electrical design principles.
  • Prior experience in electrical design, preferably with EPLAN Electric P8, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor, with a strong customer service focus and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Be an engaged, communicative, and customer-oriented individual, with a strong desire to work with and educate customers.
  • Exhibit a structured, goal-oriented, and efficient approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential, with excellent proficiency in both languages.
