Field Sales Representative / Außendienstmitarbeiter – Stuttgart (m/w/d)

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kabineneinsätzen und Behandlungen
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Produkten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen wie Promotions und Events
  • Durchführung von Schulungen im Geschäft sowie Präsentation der Produktneuheiten
  • Motivation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Parfümerien
  • Sicherstellung der Merchandising-Richtlinien in den Verkaufsstellen

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Ausbildung als Visagist/in oder Kosmetiker/in, Erfahrung im Kabinendienst von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise in der Kosmetikbranche oder einem anderen Einzelhandelsbereich (z.B. Mode)
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
  • Serviceorientierte Verkaufsmentalität sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein Klasse B)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Englischkenntnisse
