Field Sales Representative / Außendienstmitarbeiter – Stuttgart (m/w/d)
Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kabineneinsätzen und Behandlungen
- Beratung und Verkauf von Produkten
- Planung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen wie Promotions und Events
- Durchführung von Schulungen im Geschäft sowie Präsentation der Produktneuheiten
- Motivation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Parfümerien
- Sicherstellung der Merchandising-Richtlinien in den Verkaufsstellen
Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Ausbildung als Visagist/in oder Kosmetiker/in, Erfahrung im Kabinendienst von Vorteil
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise in der Kosmetikbranche oder einem anderen Einzelhandelsbereich (z.B. Mode)
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Serviceorientierte Verkaufsmentalität sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
- Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein Klasse B)
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Englischkenntnisse
