Multilingual Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer technical questions and provide medical information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Comply with client-specific working practices and SOPs
- Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports
- Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses
- Prepare medical information correspondence using client databases or liaise with the Medical Information Support Services department
- Log all enquiries accurately and comprehensively
- Manage confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations
- Maintain awareness of legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with medical information provision
- Completed life science degree
- Native language/C1 level in target language and fluency in English
- Strong translation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
