Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team. As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and documenting software and system requirements for embedded systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine software and system requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation, including specifications and user manuals
  • Analyze and evaluate software and system requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and customers
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality and functionality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, mechatronics, or computer science
  • Proven experience in software and system development, with a focus on embedded systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical information
  • Proficiency in a requirements management tool, such as PTC Integrity or DOORS
