As a spin-off from EoT Labs, the mission is clear: to empower individuals in a job-automated world by offering the opportunity to earn real yield and passive income from autonomous machines. By democratizing the machine economy and championing transparency and accessibility, the company envisions a future where machines become investable assets for everyone.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned software development professional with at least 5 years of experience, including writing smart contracts on an EVM-based blockchain. Strong development skills in Web technologies, including JavaScript, React, and other web frameworks, are essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the platform's blockchain modules, smart contracts, web application, and website. As the team grows, they will hire and manage developers to implement the platform's technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the platform's technology is secure, working with security auditors to review the platform and smart contracts.
- Collaborating closely with the co-founder and executive team to define the company's overall strategy and direction.
- Serving as a technical advisor to investors and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring the reliability and performance of all internal systems, ensuring compliance with security regulations and suggesting improvements.
- Working with the product team to plan and oversee the execution of the product roadmap, contributing to the design of strategies for future developments.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, including writing smart contracts on an EVM-based blockchain.
- Strong development skills in Web technologies, including JavaScript, React, and other web frameworks.
- Proficiency in all areas of development, including backend performance, frontend debugging, deployment on hyperscalers, blockchain transaction investigation, and smart contract security review.
- Expertise in CI/CD: a deep understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with experience as a technical co-founder or as an early team member in a startup.
- Experience leading and managing a team of developers, giving precise instructions to external developers and third parties, even without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial in a remote setting to articulate points clearly and make your voice heard.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Residing in the CET timezone (+/- 2 hours).
The following skills are highly desirable:
- Experience with tokenization.
- Experience with robotics.
