Job Description:

• Electrical Component Clarification: Clarify electrical components and provide documentation support for engineering and project management to ensure seamless integration and efficient production.
• Electrical Work and Installations: Perform all electrical work and installations on products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
• Production Order Management: Ensure timely completion of production orders within the electrical department, meeting customer expectations and company deadlines.
• Team Supervision: Supervise employees in the electrical department, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth.
• Departmental Support: Act as a replacement for the Head of the Electrical Department when needed, providing continuity and stability to the team.
• Departmental Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order in the electrical department area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Waste Management: Handle waste separation and disposal within the electrical department area, adhering to company policies and environmental regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, document, and service all equipment, machinery, and electrical devices within the operation, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Telephone System Management: Manage and document maintenance of the telephone system, ensuring reliable communication and minimal downtime.
• Network Cabling Management: Manage and document the physical network cabling (IT), ensuring secure and efficient data transmission.
• Hazard Assessment: Contribute significantly to the hazard assessment within the operation, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Electrical Apprenticeship: Completed electrical apprenticeship with a strong foundation in electrical principles and practices.
• Supervisory Experience: Experience in supervising employees, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Language Skills: English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• IT Knowledge: Good IT knowledge, with experience in network cabling and telephone system management.
• Personal Qualities: Independent, organized, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
