About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Management Intern to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our sustainability organization by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
- Take ownership of sustainability-related meetings and workshops, ensuring that opportunities for environmental improvements are identified and executed.
- Support the achievement of our climate neutrality goal by identifying and executing on opportunities for environmental improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify ESG trends and industry developments.
- Assist in the preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports on our sustainability performance.
- Communicate sustainability initiatives and progress to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in the field of sustainability management or a related subject.
- Ideally, you have completed at least five semesters of study or higher and have gained first-hand practical experience.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.
- A strong sustainability mindset and enthusiasm for sustainability topics.
- Knowledge of ESG regulatory requirements, such as SBTi, cdp, TCFD, EU taxonomy, SASB, and CSRD, is an advantage.
- Organizational talent, a structured approach to work, and excellent communication skills.
- A motivated team player with a proactive approach to work and a performance-oriented mindset.
