- Training and Workshops: Independently plan, organize, and conduct product training sessions and workshops.
- Customer Complaint Management: Address customer complaints in interdisciplinary teams.
- Educational Background: A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Computer Science, or a technical qualification with further training as a technician/master.
- Professional Experience: Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of sensor technology or automation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial interfaces and control systems is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: A structured approach with a focus on customer needs.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both German and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A strong communicator with persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
