About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Reutlingen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in Europe, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including OEMs and Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
- Collaborate with local and international sales teams to drive sales growth
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Manage sales reporting and forecasting
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Proven experience in international sales of complex products, preferably in the special machinery or automotive supplier industries
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- High expectations for personal sales performance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High motivation, initiative, and willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent English language skills
