About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Reutlingen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in Europe, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including OEMs and Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
  • Collaborate with local and international sales teams to drive sales growth
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Manage sales reporting and forecasting

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in international sales of complex products, preferably in the special machinery or automotive supplier industries
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • High expectations for personal sales performance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High motivation, initiative, and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent English language skills
