Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation and Maintenance: Ensure that the Dry Grocery department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of freshness and cleanliness.
- Customer Engagement and Sales: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice and exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Pricing and Assortment: Maintain accurate pricing and ensure that the product assortment is well-curated and meets customer needs.
Requirements:
- Commercial Training: Possess commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Have in-depth product knowledge and a strong focus on freshness and quality, with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers.
- Retail and Customer Interaction: Demonstrate a passion for retail and customer interaction, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
