Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at WH-Elektronik. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with management to create and execute sales plans that meet business objectives.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Develop and negotiate contracts with customers, and manage the sales process from lead to close.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong sales and customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, analytical and conceptual skills, and proficiency in MS Office and E-Commerce tools.
