International Country Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled International Country Coordinator to join our Corporate IT department at BAUHAUS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all IT-related activities across our national companies.
Key Responsibilities- Central IT Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for our national companies in the Project & Process Management department of Corporate IT.
- Cross-Border IT Coordination: Coordinate all IT requirements of our countries and provide organizational and communicative support as a key interface.
- IT Collaboration: Consider the interests of IT responsible in national companies, IT-related departments, and BAUHAUS Corporate IT, and contribute significantly to successful collaboration through moderation and solution-oriented consultation.
- IT Communication: Ensure good communication of IT topics to and from national companies by utilizing established communication channels and establishing new communication and coordination formats when needed.
- Education: Degree or training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or Communication Sciences, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in an international environment in IT, Commerce, or Sales, ideally with experience in processing cross-border IT topics and projects.
- Skills: Contact enjoyment, empathy, moderation skills, organizational strength, joy in international exchange, and steering internationally oriented projects.
- Knowledge: Project management and secure use of MS Office.
- Language: Negotiable German and English skills; other language skills are a plus; limited willingness to travel (approximately 1x monthly/Europewide).
