Position: Mitarbeiter im IT- und Beschaffungsmanagement
Wir suchen einen engagierten Mitarbeiter im Bereich IT- und Beschaffungsmanagement mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Hard- und Software.
Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von IT-Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Bewertung von Lieferanten
- Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen sowie Preisen und Konditionen
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Beschaffungsabläufe
- Koordination mit internen Abteilungen wie IT, Finanzen und Recht
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehungen zu Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen zur Unterstützung des Managements
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Einkauf
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich, insbesondere in Bezug auf Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
