DevOps Consultant Overview

SVA is seeking a talented DevOps Consultant to enhance our team and support our clients in refining their DevOps methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for steering IT initiatives focused on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, working alongside diverse teams, and delivering technical guidance to bolster our clients' agile frameworks. If you possess a solid background in IT consulting, are well-versed in Agile practices, and have a comprehensive grasp of DevOps concepts, we are eager to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on DevOps methodologies, culture, and organizational structure
  • Managing IT projects in CI/CD from initial planning to final execution
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams on transformation initiatives
  • Assisting project teams in adopting agile methodologies
  • Mentoring clients on agile roles and DevOps concepts
  • Conducting workshops and producing technical documentation
  • Supporting the sales team with technical insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Multiple years of experience in IT consulting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools, containerization technologies, and version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel as required
