About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Finance Professional to join our team at Q CELLS. As a Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creditor team and actively participating in creditor accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creditor team and ensure the accurate and timely recording of creditor transactions, including the application of internal controls and the use of SAP systems and interfaces.
  • Be responsible for the examination, booking, and payment of incoming invoices, travel expense, and credit card statements, as well as the reconciliation of accounts and clarification of unclear postings.
  • Pursue and maintain creditor-relevant master data in SAP and process reminders.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and monitor the WE/RE settlement account.
  • Ensure the adherence to internal processes and guidelines, including legal requirements, particularly tax-related aspects of accounting documents.
  • Support the Tax Department, particularly with regard to value-added tax.
