Your Role Will Involve:

• Leading and managing the optical department
• Advising customers and facilitating the sale of eyewear and contact lenses with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Employing advanced optical equipment for accurate measurements
• Performing refractions and specialized workshop activities for personalized solutions
• Engaging in continuous professional growth and mentoring team members
• Enhancing internal processes to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of the optician master examination or an equivalent qualification
• A passion for interacting with customers
• A motivated, dependable, and cooperative team player
