Supply Chain Coordinator

Your Objective
  • Facilitate the supply chain operations for project implementations, encompassing vendor selection, request for quotations, and logistics strategy formulation, including site assessments.
  • Oversee the supply chain activities and synchronize all resources to ensure that the final stages of project execution are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with project leaders and all relevant internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that the final stages of delivery are executed successfully.
  • Optimize costs through the most effective methods, managing supplier performance metrics to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Address challenges and enhance operational processes.
  • Administer the supply chain documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle billing processes and generate monthly performance reports.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within an international organization, preferably with a focus on project execution and delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge of global logistics, customs procedures, domestic transportation, trade terms, and letters of credit.
  • Experience in site assessments for project execution will be a significant advantage for this role.
  • Proficient understanding of the transportation and handling of oversized and hazardous materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the tendering process for logistics service providers.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, exhibiting strong leadership and persuasive abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas and professional insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • A methodical and data-driven approach to work.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any other European language or Chinese is a valuable asset.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
