- Collaborate with your team in the Financial Services Audit sector to evaluate annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, particularly for banks, leasing and factoring companies, investment management firms, and various financial institutions of different sizes and legal forms.
- If you are passionate about digitalization, data analysis, and emerging technologies, and wish to understand how KPMG and our clients navigate these areas, you will lead digital audits with your team and assess digital business processes.
- As a Senior Manager in the field of digital economic review, you will develop and design innovative digital solutions for auditing and take responsibility for IT audits of financial institutions, including relevant thematic and team leadership.
- Your role will also encompass the examination of digital future topics such as cloud computing, big data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, you will create internal methodologies for auditing these subjects for our clients.
- Furthermore, you will assess and advise on the application of data analytics in financial statement audits according to national and international auditing standards.
- You will establish and expand a specialized professional network and enhance collaboration between audit teams and IT specialists.
- To become a Senior Manager in digital economic review, you should possess a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant areas is required.
- Qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), IT Auditor IDW, or a comparable international qualification are advantageous.
- You should have expertise and methodological knowledge in IT-related audit topics, particularly in IT auditing.
- Experience in auditing accounting-relevant and banking supervisory IT, as well as initial experience in utilizing data analytics in financial statement audits, is essential.
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills are required.
