In der Rolle des Directors of Financial Operations bist Du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der finanziellen Stabilität des Unternehmens und lieferst präzise Analysen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungen der Unternehmensführung.

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Finanzteams und förderst kontinuierlich die Fähigkeiten Deiner Teammitglieder.
  • Du agierst als strategischer Berater der Unternehmensführung in allen finanziellen Belangen.
  • Dein Team kümmert sich um die Erstellung von Budgetplänen, Prognosen sowie das Management des Cashflows, einschließlich Abweichungsanalysen und der Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
  • Du lieferst notwendige Finanzanalysen und Auswertungen für die Unternehmensführung und andere relevante Stakeholder.
  • Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei der Entwicklung einer Finanzierungsstrategie und der Identifizierung potenzieller Investoren.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften für Reos und verbundene Unternehmen.
  • Du organisierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, externen Rechtsberatern und Steuerexperten.
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung im Controlling und Finanzwesen, idealerweise in einem Start-up oder einem mittelständischen Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards mit.
  • Du kannst Deine Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams optimal bei Reos einbringen.
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, eine unternehmerische Denkweise und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und Deine Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
