Workshop Manager

Chart Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our team of skilled professionals in Goch, Germany.

As part of the globally recognized Chart Industries Group, we specialize in manufacturing high-quality tank vehicles, trailers, bodies, and containers used for transporting various goods across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Scandinavia.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, overseeing projects, managing personnel, and upholding the highest quality standards.

• Effectively manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of skilled workshop employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Allocate work hours efficiently, monitor progress, and address any challenges that may arise.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing expert advice and support.
• Implement strategies to optimize workshop processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain rigorous quality control measures.

• Possess a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in repairing tank trailers specifically designed for hazardous material transport.
• Exhibit strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
• Possess excellent decision-making abilities and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
