Product Manager

Avient Corporation, a leading provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to join our SEM Strategic Core team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding gross margin targets, and launching new products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones
- Monitor business results and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Establish clear measurement and management of product profitability and proactive management of product mix
- Develop and execute sales campaigns, advertising programs, and technical literature to support product launches
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, engineering)
- 5-15 years of experience in a technical or commercial role collaborating with various functions, ideally in the field of marketing/product management
- Strong leadership skills paired with high-level written and oral communication skills
- Marketing excellence: demonstrated depth and breadth across the entire marketing discipline
