Your Role: Field Sales Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction industry clients. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers within the plumbing sector, managing existing relationships, and driving sales of our comprehensive product range, system solutions, services, and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in plumbing businesses across the assigned territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and effectively present our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they understand the benefits of our solutions.
  • Manage your time efficiently, plan your routes strategically, and conduct on-site customer visits to build rapport and close deals.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for growth and improvement.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction or plumbing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about our diverse product offerings.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
