Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für unsere Talent Acquisition-Abteilung in EMEA. Als Teamleitung werden Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Recruitingstrategie in der Region.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Recruitingstrategie in EMEA
  • Führung und Motivation des regionalen TA-Teams
  • Operatives Recruiting für Fach- und Führungskräfte in der Region
  • Intensive Beratung und Coaching der Führungskräfte entlang des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
  • Reporting, Analyse und Steuerung der Recruitingprozesse in EMEA
  • Mitwirkung und/ oder Leitung von lokalen und internationalen Projekten in TA
Anforderungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting eines größeren multinationalen Unternehmens
  • Erste fachliche oder disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
  • Breite Kenntnisse in der Identifikation, Gewinnung und Auswahl von Kandidaten in verschiedenen Märkten
  • Kreativität, Überzeugungskraft, hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Auswertung von relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
