**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent customer service to our guests
* Operate the POS System and all other order platforms
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
* Perform all opening and closing duties
**Requirements:**
* Strong customer service mentality
* Good organization and multitasking skills
* Availability to work in mornings, evenings, and on weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments
* Full Fluency in English is required, German is a strong plus
