Our mission is to foster a self-sufficient, responsible, and fulfilling life for children, adolescents, and families, particularly in situations involving physical and psychosocial challenges, disabilities, illnesses, or social difficulties.

We are seeking a dedicated professional in Bielefeld to fulfill the role of Early Childhood Educator/Special Needs Educator/Motor Skills Therapist (m/f/d). This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile early intervention and psychomotor therapy in educational settings
  • Conducting assessments for development and support
  • Developing personalized support plans and progress reports
  • Providing counseling and support to parents
  • Collaborating with educational institutions and funding organizations

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed education in fields such as childhood education, special education, social pedagogy, rehabilitation pedagogy, motology, or related areas
  • Experience in psychomotor therapy and early intervention
  • Preferred experience in systemic or solution-focused counseling
  • Knowledge in special needs education and developmental assessments
  • Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience and passion for working with children
  • Effective collaboration skills with internal and external partners
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in IT applications
