The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Hive expansion team as an Expansion Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, planning, and scaling new revenue growth opportunities for Hive.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the operational implementation of new revenue lines in our fulfillment locations.
  • Support the screening and negotiation of new sites in Germany and across Europe.
  • Collaborate with leadership and multiple stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to diversify our business model.
  • Participate in the growth of a fast-paced VC-backed scale-up and contribute to the democratization of D2C e-commerce fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for participating in the growth of a fast-paced VC-backed scale-up.
  • Empathetic communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • First experiences with data analysis and decision-preparation from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, VC, or high-growth venture.
  • A relentless drive and hands-on entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is considered a plus.
