**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Impuls Personal GmbH - Düsseldorf. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for representing our clients in state court proceedings, arbitrations, and other legal matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Represent clients in state court proceedings, arbitrations, and other legal matters
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including corporate and individual clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters, including corporate law, contract law, and litigation
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination

**Requirements**

• Advanced degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
