Role Overview:
Position Title: Intern (f/m/d) (6 months): Project and Business Operations Support
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing project frameworks, including organizing workshops, generating status updates, developing templates, tracking task completion, scheduling meetings, and preparing reporting documents.
- Contribute to the design, launch, and execution of new operational processes.
- Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and clients.
- Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior management that convey innovative topics.
- Oversee items such as purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory management.
- Manage calendars, emails, and correspondence (both internal and external).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up tasks such as booking travel expenses.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Candidate Profile:
You are a student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences. We seek individuals who demonstrate initiative, resilience, and curiosity. You are passionate about engaging in meaningful innovative projects and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in fields such as Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or a related area.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams), CRM, and VMS.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or certifications in project management (CAPM, PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Highly adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, and comfortable with uncertainty and frequent changes.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong execution skills, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and positively.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting overlapping deadlines.
