Marketing Performance Intern

Our Performance Marketing division is responsible for overseeing all paid and measurable marketing initiatives, playing a crucial role in our ongoing expansion. The team operates in a highly KPI-focused and analytical environment, consistently staying ahead of market dynamics. Collaborating closely with the Design, Content, Brand, and Marketing Technology & Intelligence teams, we devise and execute future strategies for Performance Marketing.

To bolster our Performance Marketing division, we are seeking a dedicated Working Student (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week. In this position, you will independently generate reports and analyses, while also having the chance to take charge of and actively engage in smaller campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and tracking relevant KPIs
  • Generating comprehensive reports
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on established KPIs, while formulating actionable recommendations
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of new performance campaigns

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing studies in economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical abilities and a passion for working with data
  • Quick learner with a structured approach to tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Preferably has some practical experience in performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
