As a key member of our Dispute Resolution Team, you will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and opposing parties.

You will manage your own cases and be accountable for their end-to-end resolution.

You will support the preparation of statements and play a crucial role in fact-finding.

You will analyze disputes and decide whether to pursue a commercial or procedural solution.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in law and dispute resolution.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to write clear and concise legal documents.

You should be able to work collaboratively with various teams and explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

You should have excellent language skills in German and English and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You should be proactive and able to take ownership of new and challenging tasks.
