Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at Bauunternehmung Glöckle Holding GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the timely production of concrete and prestressed concrete components, from formwork construction to finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the assembly of wooden formwork or system formwork for the production of concrete components
• Install prefabricated steel reinforcement cages and components
• Manage a team of employees in concrete construction, ensuring efficient and safe work practices
• Support production planning and coordination with the production foreman
• Monitor and analyze production regarding materials, quantity, and quality

Requirements:

• Completed training as a concrete or reinforced concrete builder, concrete worker, bricklayer, or equivalent
• Master qualification preferred
• Strong attention to quality, cost, materials, environment, and order
• Commitment and physical fitness
• Team player, proactive, and flexible
• Knowledge in occupational safety (training, stress, and hazard analysis)
• Effective time management
• Interest in innovative techniques and basic commercial understanding
