The Role

We're seeking a Sales and Stylist Advisor to join our team in Hamburg. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, providing personalized fashion styling advice, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our brand image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advice
  • Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items and building strong relationships with clients
  • Share product and brand knowledge, collect CRM details, and manage personal follow-up with clients
  • Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail. You'll need to have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs, excellent personal presentation, and be a proactive and positive team player with high motivation. You'll also need to be passionate about customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets, and focused on building long-lasting relationships with clients.
