Internship Opportunity in Automotive Sales Innovation

Position Overview:
This internship focuses on the Marketing / Sales / Communication sector within the Sales Processes and Systems department at Mercedes-Benz AG.

Role Responsibilities:
Are you seeking a stimulating internship with a globally recognized brand? This role involves contributing to the "Retail of the Future" initiative, which aims to modernize our existing sales framework to meet future demands and explore innovative solutions for the European market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project-specific tasks related to integrated sales processes and cross-project strategies for market stability.
  • Conceptualizing and enhancing a new sales system for Mercedes-Benz locations across Europe as part of a digital sales framework.
  • Coordinating meetings, committees, and workshops with various project teams and European contacts.
  • Planning and executing project rollouts utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Assisting in the creation and preparation of presentation materials, decision documents, and management reports.
  • Actively participating in project management tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Creating documentation and managing the team platform using SharePoint/IRA/Confluence.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a degree in economics, business administration with a focus on sales, marketing, management, international business, or a related field, demonstrating exceptional academic performance.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • A structured approach to work, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
  • A commitment to automotive sales, a passion for digital solutions and technologies, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, sales, or marketing is advantageous, along with initial practical experience in these areas and a keen interest in the automotive industry.

Additional Information:
This internship is mandatory or includes a mandatory component, with a duration of at least 5-6 months.
