We are currently seeking a Lead Software Integration Developer for our team focused on "Natural Application Integration OS".

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain the integration architecture that facilitates seamless data flow between various Natural applications and external systems (RPC - Remote Procedure Call).
- Develop APIs, web services, and/or middleware solutions for efficient data interchange.
- Create adapters for diverse integration scenarios.
- Oversee the maintenance and development of security protocols to safeguard sensitive data during integration.
- Assess and recommend integration tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and code comprehensively.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to establish effective testing methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a software developer with a focus on application integration.
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, techniques, and technologies.
- Proficient in C/C++, with additional skills in Java and other languages considered advantageous.
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments; familiarity with z/OS is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware solutions such as z/OS Connect, IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), Kafka, or other messaging systems.
- A commitment to writing elegant, testable, and maintainable code, along with a willingness to explore new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software challenges.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
