We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management professional to join our international team at METRO AG. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing our own brands and providing supply chain consultancy to our Sourcing team and stakeholders in country organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimal supply chain strategies to deliver goods from suppliers to customers
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team to provide supply chain consultancy and support
  • Analyze and optimize supplier performance KPIs and hold supplier meetings
  • Manage article, supplier, and customer data to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
  • Work experience in retail/wholesale Supply Chain Management and project management
  • Systematic and solution-oriented working approach
  • Effective communication style, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Fluent English skills
