Our organization is dedicated to providing swift and coordinated assistance in times of crisis and disaster. We are committed to global humanitarian efforts and are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve our mission.
Your Responsibilities:
- SEO Focus: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance the organic visibility of our online platforms in close collaboration with the editorial team.
- Website Development: Further develop our website (Typo3) in partnership with specialized service providers.
- Marketing Technology: Implement and manage marketing technologies to optimize our online marketing activities.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan, execute, and monitor SEM campaigns.
- Online Marketing: Plan, execute, and oversee display advertising campaigns and others, including campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, in close cooperation with the social media editorial team.
- Email Marketing: Contribute to and represent the email marketing sector.
- Affiliate Marketing: Establish and manage affiliate partnerships to boost online donations.
- Online Collaborations: Initiate and maintain online collaborations to expand our network and support our campaigns.
- Online Donation Campaigns: Oversee and optimize online donation campaigns and donation portals.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in SEO and SEM.
- Solid experience in online and performance marketing, particularly with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge in managing and developing websites (preferably Typo3).
- Technical understanding and experience with marketing technology solutions.
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and a highly independent work style.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Affinity for humanitarian aid and the objectives of Aktion Deutschland Hilft.
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or holidays in response to urgent humanitarian crises.
